BODY RESHAPE PROGRAM

Laser Lyposculpture
Laser Lyposculpture  technique leads to body sculpting with safer and more precise results.  This minimally invasive technique that allows patients to remain awake and comfortable while the doctors sculpts and contours the body could be done on many areas of the body for example chin, arm, abdomen, inner and outer thigh, breast area and many more. Almost every patient is able to drive themselves home and have less downtime and fewer complications than with any other kind of liposuction technique. In fact, no patient has experienced a serious complication or infection and most patients are back to normal activities within 48 hours.

Laser Lyposculpture is an advanced form of liposuction and the two terms are often used interchangeably. Laser Lyposculpture is the sculpting of the body's contours by the removal of unwanted fat through suction. Before the procedure begins, doctors will use a marker to circle the area to be treated. After the marking, the patient is made comfortable on a padded table and the procedure begins. The procedure involves the numbing of the fat with a saline based lidocaine solution, called tumescence. After the tissue has been numbed, the solution and the unwanted fat are safely removed using a straw-like tool called a canula which is inserted via tiny 2mm holes called adits. The size of the holes is smaller than a spaghetti noodle and the canula is about the same size as an angle hair pasta noodle. The procedure is quiet and the movements are gentle and slow. Some patients say it reminds them of a massage. Generally, Laser Lyposculpture is not painful and does not leave any unsightly scars.

Laser Lyposculpture
A revolution in fat removal - giving realistic meaning to the phrase "it melts fat away."
Many men and women have consistently struggled with losing excess stubborn body fat in order to achieve healthy and aesthetically pleasing lives.

What is Laser Lyposculpture?
Laser Lyposculpture is a remarkable method for removing unwanted body fat through a low-pain, highly efficient process. Instead of the bulky tubes and uncomfortable office visits required of traditional liposuction, Laser Lyposculpture utilizes smaller instruments and specialized technology to zap fat cells for contouring and reshaping areas of the body including the abdomen, love handles, backs, thighs, hips, knees, arms, neck, and chin.
It is important to recognize that though Laser Lyposculpture is highly effective, it is only appropriate for patients wishing to lose small amounts of fat, or up to about 8 pounds. Laser Lyposculpture will not provide satisfactory results for persons needing to lose significant amounts of body fat - such patients require traditional liposuction or alternate methods for weight loss.

Suitable Candidates
People with localized fat accumulations or those who just desire to improve their or body contour in any of these areas:
    • Hips, Thighs, Spare Tyre, Abdomen & Waist.
    • Knees, Calves & Ankles.
    • Groins & Sides.
    • Arms and Face modeling : cheeks, double chin & jaw line.
• Gynecomastia, or abnormally large breasts in men.

How does Laser Lyposculpture work?
Through a special laser similar to that used in cataract surgery, fat cells are targeted and the sound energy literally dissolves the cells on contact. A gentle suction then massages the dissolved fat out of the body. A very small percentage is retained, absorbed into the body, and excreted as waste within 24 hours. Worries about the safety of the laser should be quelled - the laser can easily differentiate between fat cells and other tissues including nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissues.

What will happen during my visit?
Prior to your actual procedure visit you will need to schedule a consultation appointment with the doctor. During this visit you will discuss your goals for the Laser Lyposculpture and your expectations. You will also need to share your medical history and other relevant information. The physician will inform you of the realistic expectations you can achieve based on your initial body state.

During your procedure visit, upon filing in the necessary consent forms, nurses will take your measurements and photos of the procedure area. Doctor will then begin by filling the procedure area with a saline solution. This solution helps numb the site and shrink blood vessels. During procedure, the laser is then inserted into the skin and heats the fat cells to 45 degrees centigrade, resulting in a breakdown of membranes and release of liquid fat. A small incision is made in the area and small cannulas (tiny tubes) are inserted to suck out the dissolved fat cells.
Patients are strongly advised to wear compression garment for at least One (1) month following procedure.

Why should I choose Laser Lyposculpture over traditional liposuction?
Many features set Laser Lyposculpture apart from traditional liposuction such as length of visits, comfort, recovery time, and reduced scarring and bruising. Traditional liposuction requires about seven days of down time post-procedure, general anesthesia, additional surgical procedures to touch up what liposuction cannot achieve, stitches and an unpleasant tube that vacuums out fat. Laser Lyposculpture, on the other hand, uses local anesthesia, small lasers and cannulas for fat removal, leaves little to no scarring, only two days of down time.

Laser Lyposculpture is not for everyone and only a discussion with a qualified doctor will enable you to decide whether you want to have it done. A typical visit will last about one hour.
